Bridgewater Mid-Century Modern0 Photos
A meticulously maintained mid-century modern home had original decor and needed a modern touch without discarding the heritage bones of the home. Every room was either gutted and re-built or made-over with paint, flooring, lights, and textiles. The main projects were a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, and a new laundry. The two living areas were completely revived and a deck added to the master bedroom outdoor alcove. A hall cupboard was removed to square off the master walk-in robe and new decking added off the laundry. A separate toilet within the laundry was extended to allow for a hand basin in the toilet. Many textiles and lights chosen were a nod to the history of the mid-century modern home. The colour palette is autumnal with black, white, gold, orange, cream, brown, copper, green, and blue throughout.
